Members include community-based organizations, faith-based institutions, hospitals, health insurance companies, home care agencies, nursing facilities, and mental health agencies. The communities represented span the map of Brooklyn including Bay Ridge, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bensonhurst, Boro Park, Brighton Beach. Bushwick, Canarsie, Coney Island, Crown Heights, Flatbush (East and Central), Homecrest, Sheepshead Bay, and Sunset Park. GBHC represents the ethnic, religious and geographic diversity of Brooklyn.
