Free breastfeeding support group for pregnant moms and moms with babies up to 3 months old on Tuesdays, 10:30am-12pm.
If you are breastfeeding your new baby, or you would like to try, this group is for you! Come to our group with any questions. If you are having any problems, we are here to help. Our trained and caring staff will give you the answers you need. Groups are FREE! Just drop in.

During the month of September 2008, the Caribbean Literary and Cultural Center (at The Brooklyn Public Library’s Flatbush Branch) will feature a jazz and music theme art exhibit by the Haitian-American artist Gina Samson. The exhibit will run from September 1 to September 30, and the opening reception is scheduled for Saturday September 6, from 3 to 5 PM. The public is invited to attend. FREE Surgical Weight Reduction Information Seminar and Support Group Thursday, September 25, 2008 5:30pm-7:30pm Executive Dining Room 506 Sixth Street Park Slope, Brooklyn. Obesity is an epidemic that impacts over nine million Americans. More and more people who are affected by obesity are seeking to learn about surgical weight reduction. New York Methodist Hospital offers a free Surgical Weight Reduction Information Seminar and Support Group. During the first 30 minutes of the seminar, a surgeon will conduct an information session for individuals who are interested in learning about the surgery.
