CHN’s Dr. Betty Shabazz Health Center’s 2nd Annual Summer Block Party and Health Fair

Celebrate summer and good health at this summer block party and health fair featuring music, a clown, bouncy house for kids, popcorn and giveaways. Free health screenings also provided including blood pressure and glucose checks. Event supported by Affinity Health Plan, Amerigroup Community Care, Health Plus and Neighborhood Health Providers.

CHN’s Caribbean House Health Center Back-to-School Health Fair

Send your kids back-to-school with good health! Parents stop by the center to schedule a check-up for your children and get a free health screening yourself. Screenings provided include HIV counseling & testing, pregnancy testing, blood pressure and glucose checks.
