- Learn about East New York’s unique demographics and health needs,
- Network with East New York politicians and community leaders,
- Highlight some of our member agencies, and
- Participate in a dialogue on how we can work together to make East New York healthier.
Special Guest Speaker – Anna Marie Costello, Director of Health Insurance Programs, New York State Department of Health
East New York panel representatives:
- Dr. Sarita Dhuper, Director of Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Obesity, Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center;
- Shirley Hall, Cluster Leader/Librarian, Brooklyn Public Library;
- Officer Marcus Johnson, Community Affairs Officer, NYPD, 75th Precinct, East New York; and
- Representatives from the Christian Cultural Center and local political offices.
